Overview

We are a developer, owner and operator of clean energy production facilities. We are traded on the NASDAQ (ticker: EPG) and today have one operating subsidiary:

Microgy builds, owns and operates energy production facilities which utilize agricultural and food by-product waste to cost-effectively produce methane gas while also generating significant quantities of carbon offset credits and helping address waste managemet issues.
